"im never using this place again. my girlfriend sent our clothes to wash and the clothes came back damp and rolled up not even folded right wrinkled badly. i was told that we cant request vanessa to do our clothes. that whoever is there has to wash our clothes so the next time we went in and did our clothes on our own and the girl rachel who was working there who left our clothes damp was working and we were not familiar with the new machines so we asked for help and if looks could kill we would be dead. after her dirty looks and rude attitude she helped us but made us feel so unconfutable that we dont want to go back there ever again. she should take lessons from vanessa she makes you feel like family and always takes care of her customers."

"Unprofessional place, please if you can take your clothing somewhere else. Was doing pick up and drop off delivery with them almost for a year with my laundry. They are pricy but except that they lost couple of my clothing. One of them is my fur vest which was a little expensive, contacted this place several times and asked them to find it, not the owner no one got back to me. I asked them please check your cameras, but no one even called me back ever. So unprofessional owner, haven’t heard apologies from him. You guys I’ve noticed not only vest but couple of my clothes are missing. Never again I will use your service. I’ve never mentioned that I didn’t sent it I was 100% that I did , I’m not crazy ok? And no one ever contacted me , so please don’t make the things up by looking yourself look good , I didn’t make up anything I said what I said the truth. At this point it doesn’t matter things happen I understand, but as an owner it would be nice for you at least to call back and apologize . Thank you !"

"Had a great experience at the Wash King. Staff was so helpful and assisted me with doing my wash/dry. I was running errand and they did part of the laundry for me. Super nice and helpful. I would recommend this place 100%."
