"I'd a good 1st time experience here on a Sunday. Staff is polite, professional, punctual for laundry pick-ups & drop-offs. Only reason from my 1 personal experience that I could see people may give 4 stars is because there is 1 competitor on SI with 24 hour service, but I prefer to try supporting businesses like this laundromat who value employee work-life balance alongside customer service. Good experience :)"

Great employers honest owner, straight shooter, good pricing, fast service, and I strongly recommend them to get your laundry done, either for delivery or go there and use their nice easy to use machines. "Donna is amazing! We were traveling through N.Y. and staying at a local hotel with no laundry facilities. No one else I called was even helpful or friendly. Donna answered the phone at Metro Laundry and was so nice I drove over to drop my clothes off. 3 hours later she called back...all done, beautifully folded and shirts hung up! She saved me hours of my own time which allowed me to get out and complete several errands. Highly recommend this place."
"Nice staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean washer and dryer machines with reasonable pricing. As well as clean bathroom. Plenty of machines and a variety of sizes too. Free pick up and delivery for your laundry as well. This has been the cleanest laundormat I've been to so far on the island and I think I found my go to spot for my laundry now!"
"Extremely disappointed. What I went to pick up my laundry I was assured that everything on my written out list was done I come home to find out they mixed all of my clothing with my husband's work clothing including pillowcases and underwear and did not use all of my detergents which were specifically written on a note given to them as a matter of fact my dryer sheets were not even opened I only went back for them after going to put away my clothes and breaking out in a rash from a skin allergy which is why I send unscented. Extremely unfortunate especially because they are so close to my home"
