"Started to become a regular, and thought I bonded with the women who is there most often. Until at 6:55pm I put an hour worth of quarters in the dryer for a heavy comforter and she said I put to many quarters in that she needs to have the shop cleaned by 8. 7:45 I came back and she was letting people start washes. Very rude so they lost me as a customer."
"Machines always steal at least two quarters per load. Old disgruntled lady who runs it is meaner than a rattlesnake. Told her the machine ate my money and her reply was "it was extra hungry today there is nothing I can do deal with it like man". Now just imagine that with a eastern blocke accent. While a tad funny it was a complete dismissal that the machines constantly take money. It's the only laundry mat within walking distance to my house so I really have no other choice but to deal with it. Place is also dirty."
