"Hello, we have been a long term customer of this place and until recently this accident happened. The dryer burned my clothes after only 30 minutes of drying at a moderate temperature. When I went in to get my clothes I didn't understand what was going on then the female owner blamed me for breaking her machine thought I had put plastic in it and yelled at me. She came to my face directly and started yelling without explaining anything to me and I was at a loss what she was talking about. And eventually I knew what’s going on from her yelling. I’m positive that I don’t have anything in there that will cause the fire and I left everything there for her to check and she can’t proof herself but no explanation for my clothes being burned, no apologize. The owner is disrespectful. Wish u have a good every single day."

"I have never felt so violated as a customer. I entrusted my three down pillows, each worth $100, to this laundry service to dry for an hour. To my shock, the woman working there took my pillows out half an hour early from each machine! Not only did they remove my pillows without my consent, but they also used the remaining 30 minutes on the machine. When I confronted her about it, she lied and claimed that the dryers had finished when it was clear they hadn't. I even came half an hour early to check on my pillows because I had a bad feeling, and my intuition proved correct. This is an unacceptable breach of trust, and I will never use this laundry service again. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and honesty, and this experience was a complete disappointment."

"I just recently moved here, and found this place. It was the closest one from me. My apartment has no washer and dryer, they only have hook ups. So I might use McClean Laundromat till I invest in a washer and dryer. The place is very busy, and they charge $0.89 per lbs for clothes when you have it dropped off. You weigh it. So dropping it off was no problem. The attendent helped weigh the clothes and it came out to about $18.00 something. (I threw away the receipt). She said it would be ready around 1 pm the following day. The only reason why I gave this 4 stars and not 5 is because they are not really prompt with their calls. Like they should have told me it was ready for pick up at 1. I knew this, but had to call to make sure and it was almost 2 PM. The receipt said it would be ready by 4 PM. So just make sure you clarify when paying or rem8nd them to call when it is ready. I bought my own detergent and dryer sheets for them to use. Upon pick up, clothes were folded and placed neatly in a bag. Clothes were smelling fresh as ever! It is a small space, so I recommend you just have them do your laundry for you! Other than that, customer service was on point!"
