"The owner smiles at everyone, but at the same time yells at almost everyone who passes near the scales. You can throw someone else's clean laundry on the floor (after washing). The equipment is old, something is always broken. Money exchange doesn't work, and they don't really want to change it - you have to wait. Been there 3 times - and everything was the same. 1 plus is that it is nearby, but there is no desire to return there anymore."
