"Horrible service. They just iron the clothes at the cost of dry cleaning. I would recommend not give all the clothes at ones. Try them first. I gave them all my jackets and coats for dry cleaning, and not even single piece looked liked it was dry cleaned and jackets had some whacky smell. I paid full price but not happy with the service at all."

"went inside to get something dry cleaned. no one attended me. i stood saying Hello hello and the person inside just stared at me and did not ask what i need assistance with. so i got frustrated and left the store."

"Went to pick my items which they ssid will be ready by 6/14/23 after 5pm. I got to the cleaners at 6:32 and it was closed. No note or explanation for the early closing. Their hours are 7am to 7pm. This is unacceptable. I hope they will reopen tomorrow as I need my items for a wedding. Not professional at all."

"Extremely dissatisfied. I dropped off several pieces to be cleaned including a brand new pair of linen pants that I wanted cuffed. They charged an additional $10 to cuff the pants, which I needed for my trip. I asked if I could have them by Thursday, 5 days away, I fly out Friday morning. Thursday evening i go to pick up my clothes, not ready the presser didn’t come in, told me to come back the next day, I explained I was leaving. 2 weeks later I go pick up my clothes, my slacks was not pressed properly for whatever reason they took the crease out. I explained to the man this is my second time coming for these clothes, his response was for me to pay for the clothes that was done and come back and pay for the slacks when I come back. unacceptable, I advised him I will pick up everything at the same time. Went back today something told me to check everything thing, only to find out the cuff was never sewn in they only pressed it. In which they charged me $10. I explained this is my 3rd time for the same set of clothes. He stated he is only human and he will give me a discount of $10. Please explain how it’s a discount when you charged me $10 for a cuff that was not done. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!"
