"I have been going to this business periodically for around 10 yrs, and today was the last time. I purchased a synthetic type coat (not wool, more of a poly blend) and wanted it cleaned / pressed because it came off of a store rack; I removed the price tag in front of the owner. When I got home I happened to look at the ticket price, and called to ask why it was $20 (much more than anything I’d ever brought there). The women told me “there’s a lot of lint”. I told her that it is brand new but she insisted. Needless to say, I picked up my item and I let them know that I will no longer patronize their business."
