"They damaged 3 of my shirts and I was told it was due to wear and tear. These were high quality shirts that were 100% not damaged when I brought them in for cleaning. (Updated 2/17/2020) So I have been blacklisted from my neighborhood cleaners New Fulton  after I thought to give them a second chance. I asked my son to drop off my shirts this weekend and he was told they weren't going to take them due to my past post about 3 damaged shirts. I guess they do not understand the true  essence of customer service.. I will no longer be using your services and I will make sure everyone I know will be instructed to do the same. Thank you."

"My go to place for getting my shirts pressed. Always courteous and good service. I dinged one star because they ask for a week's time to do about 20 shirts. Although my request to expedite sometimes has been fulfilled."
