"This place is infested with roaches, I walked in and saw a cluster of them by the washing machine, I walked right out. I recommend the establishment close for a day or two take care of their big problem. Then reopen. Good luck to this business because I’m not coming back."
"Am sorry but I have been coming here for years now most of the time when I’m in here something are not working like today there is no AC, the tv are never on but you guys keep putting the prices up for the machine your customers should be comfortable why doing their laundry and is never any wifi available for the customers when they are having connection issues. "Dryers are rigged. Some get the appropriate heating and some do not. This requires me to seek out another dryer or ask the attendant for more time. Funny I called attendant about a non heating dryer. Her response was to add 15 mins which makes no sense. Why put more money in a non heating dryer??? I always have dryer issues at this place. No good!"
