"I just moved from uptown & have tried several places in Bayonne for drop off that were terrible, expensive & my clothes would smell like nothing !!! After the move I had loads I needed to get done & didn’t have time, I dropped off 4 bags at like 6pm & they were done the next day, smelled good & folded neatly. dropped off another 2 & they were done the same day, I was shocked ! Love it here !"

"Tall Caucasian lady with glasses kept bumping into my cart on purpose on 2 different times I went there. I knew she did it on purpose by how she stared me down. And grumpy short lady who's there all the time has a mean vibe. She grabbed my cart as soon as I was finished with it and stared me down as soon as i got there. Besides those 2 ...the Other staff member ladies are far more professional than them."

"I only come here to wash my down comforter in the summer since it's too big to put in my machine at home and I've never had any problems. Plenty of washers and dryers. Never crowded although I do come here on a weekday morning around 8 am. They use quarters in their washers/dryers and they also have a change machine. While they do have limited parking, three spots, I've never had a problem with on street parking."

"I use to like this place until one of their employees went on leave. Now it's this one woman who is there the majority of the time who is so rude all the time. You hand her money in her hand and she puts your change on the counter instead of your hand. She doesn't do same day service like the rest of the women and I have witnessed multiple customers complain about her. Last time I went there, she told me that it was $12 to wash a comforter but the sign said $10 and $12 for King. Instead of honoring the sign until management changed it, she gave me my money back and let me walk out. Terrible customer service. I'm never going back."
