"Ok, I visited this location maybe 1month ago and I was PLEASED with the service. HOWEVER, I just ended a call with an employed young lady at this location. She was VERY RUDE!!! I called to ASK the hours of operation and she cut me off while I was still speaking …to say: ITS CLOSED!!! ( very aggressively) I said ma’am….I’m not asking for today. I’m inquiring about your daily HOURS of operation. I do see them on the website but I’m aware that sometimes websites aren’t updated. The time was 10:14pm and the website hours says they close at 11pm. I just didn’t like how she handled the call! Maybe she was ready to go home . Even so, she’s still at work and needs to remain pleasant until her shift is over."
"I loved this laundry mat so much. It’s always so clean and the staff are always so kind and welcoming. It has a great amount of space for folding and an area for your kids. Theres even free wifi if you are for a long period of time. Definitely recommend this spot."
