"I have been using their pickup and delivery service for a number of years and their service it impressive. Never lost an article of clothing, turn over is quick, usually within a 24-48 hrs. Cloths come home clean and folded. The gentleman who does the P&D is fantastic. Once on the day and order was to be returned, unbeknownst to me, the elevator was out of service; he brought two heavy laundry bags up 6 flights to my apartment by stairs! WAY beyond the call of duty. Had I know it was out, I would have waited before I asked for a return delivery."
