"The employees either ignore you or become aggressive (except the woman that works there) when you advise that something has gone wrong. The machines occasionally steal your coins and when you tell the employees, they have yelled or won't refund you. I will walk further away to another laundromat, just to avoid this place."
"(TLDR unexpected closing when laundry is still in machines) It's a laundry-mat, I don't need the staff to be very catering so I don't mind when the staff yells or awkwardly watches my every move. But their times are unreliable. The sign on the store says 8am-8pm but the owner was closing the store at 7:40 when my laundry was still running in the dryer with 5 minutes left. He opened it back up for me to walk in and take it out but there were still several other dryers still running with a few minutes left. Ive noticed the store being closed earlier than 8 before, but I didn't realize this was happening when laundry was still actively running in the machines. I don't like the idea that I might not be able to pick up my laundry because the shop closed early without notice. Again I don't mind the costumer service, its just a place I do my laundry I don't expect a lot. But I think I draw the line at locking costumers out without warning."
