"Unscrupulous unprofessional swindler. I have been a repeat customer for upwards of 15yrs to this establishment. Never have they violated me like they have today. Original receipt was for Thurs June 13th @$15 for a sleeve on my sons graduation shirt. Upon Thurs, after given a full week, the shirt was not even started. Fine granted it is a busy season. I allowed them 2 more days. Today Saturday jun 15th @10am after I was gracious enough to extend 2 more days, I was given a receipt for $30. In my hand HAND is a receipt that clearly states agreed upon $15. How on God's Green Earth do you double DOUBLE my charge without any notice or question on if I accept some unforeseen uncharge. I immediately spoke with the manager Mr. Lam who proceeded to agree with me that it was unprofessional but refused to budge on this new price. Do yourself a favor and take your clothes elsewhere. My cousin who is also a local frequent just lost 6 suits to another customer. Fortunately for him they were able to reach said customer to return the items. Hope you're so lucky!!! This will be my last patron to this establishment. AVOID AVOID AVOID"
