"This is the most disgusting laundromat. For over four years, I have paid for the folding service and gave Jimmy excellent tips. I usually use three drying machines: two for my delicate clothes, where I use the delicate function (low temperature), and I use these for an hour, and the other for everyday garments at high temperatures. Today, after washing my clothes and leaving my clothes in the dryer, I asked Jimmy to fold my clothes. When I returned to the laundromat because I had forgotten something, I noticed that he placed all my clothes at a high temperature into one machine. I had 20 minutes left on each of the low-temperature garments machines, and he robbed me by putting all my clothes into one machine and using a high temperature. I was distraught because I PAID for three machines to dry my clothes over a specific period, considering the quality of my garments, and he didn't care and placed them all together into one machine so he could use the drying machines that have money to dry the clothes he washed for other customers. I was robbed in this laundromat, and everyone should be careful with him because he is sneaky and untrustworthy. I used to pay for folding for over four years, and I now realize that he probably was robbing me all this time."
"Update: As of MAY 2020, hours are now 8am to 5pm every day for duration of COVID 19. New machines. Different settings from other neighborhood machines. Clean and bright. Very minimal seating. Lots of folding space. Plenty of snacks, drinks and phone cards for sale. I'll return."
