"Review for drop off service: same day service is the norm, it’s been consistent service with basic laundry for the 12+ months I’ve been going here. They typically wash fold and repack your laundry in plastic and then put it in the laundry bag you brought your stuff in. Convenient enough hours (7A-8P). Staff is friendly. On occasion I’ve dropped off some specialty items: bath mats, Comforter/blanket. Never had any issue."
"Brought our laundry in when our washer/dryer broke. We asked them very clearly to only use All Free and Clear which we dropped off with our laundry since we have allergies. It came back smelling way too good - turns out they used fabric softener that we DID NOT give them without asking us. Now we have to was all the clothes over again somewhere else we can trust."
