"I went to wash clothes 2 weeks ago and I also looked in yesterday before going in and they are doing what the owner said they are doing. They are "fixing the place". I've never had a problem when they were open. They are very approachable and eager to help. When I first went to go in, not knowing what was going on inside, the owner suggested that they can wash your clothes for you or you can go across the street and cross to the other corner and wash your clothes over there. That was nice of them to let me know. I'm sure that when and if they open up. things will be even better. They are great people and I would definitely recommend them."

"The machines are always broken in one way or another. This place needs new washers & driers desperately. If you own this place and are reading this fix your machines!!! I'm so sick of coming coming back after an hour thinking my clothes will be dry and they are soaking wet because the machine is just completely broken."

"I'm a disabled senior so I'm at the mercy of their pick up and delivery services. I cannot believe how many times my laundry wasn't returned the same day in spite of sending it very early. They don't even call to tell you that you won't be getting it. The next day, they act like nothing happened and you're just whiney!"

"BEWARE OF DROP-OFF-PICK-UP SERVICE I did drop-off-pick-up laundry service here for about two years, but in the last few months they've gotten really sloppy. They lost one of our items about 2 months ago, which I chalked up to, "hey, it happens sometimes." But then they lost something else a month ago. Yesterday, not only did they lose one of our things, but our bag included two things that weren't ours. That means that not only did they sloppily unload a washer/dryer with our load, but they had sloppily unloaded the prior load as well. To top it off, when I came back today to look through the lost items bag in the back and pointed out the issues with missing and extra items, the woman working there didn't really seem to care. She just said, "Ok, sure" and then continued with what she was doing. At this point, I'm going elsewhere because I've lost all trust that they can handle drop-off-pick-up service, so beware if you come here!"

"The owners who run this place are very friendly. If they're about to use a washer to do drop off the same time you do, they'll always let you go first. They keep the facilities very clean as well. I like this place more so than others in the area because it's never super crowded here, but I wish there were more machines and a bit more space to fold laundry. It also closes at 9, which makes it really tough to get laundry down during a weekday without rushing home from work, but at least they never try to rush you out."
