"The staff is rude and unprofessional. The machines constantly have problems and and the change dispenser doesn't give out the right amount of change."
"It’s a laundromat: It’s not fancy but it’s the closest option since Clean Rite closed. I have found the Jiangs to be totally pleasant and professional, and re: the other reviews I think people have too high expectations of laundromat employees. You can wash your clothes here, it’s totally fine."
"The coin change machine gave me $11 in quarters when I put in a $20 bill. I didn't notice and went to use a large $8 washing machine, but after I put the coins in (without starting the machine) I realized I only had $3 in quarters left in my hand. So I went to the office in the front to explain my situation. By the time an employee walked back to look at the washing machine with me, the screen said "pay $8" as if I hadn't put in $8 a few minutes before. The employee gave me $9 in quarters as a refund for the coin machine but yelled at me when I asked for the $8 as well. Why was one story believable, but not the other? These two machine glitches happened so soon after each other because all of their machines are falling apart and they don't fix them. I once saw another employee poke a bread knife into a coin slot and jimmy it around to "fix" it instead of hiring a repairs technician. The whole place is dirty and neglected, thick dust clinging to the ceiling decorations. Don't go here."
"I tried this place for months but mysteriously some of my good stuff disappeared. My favorite Japanese wash towels all disappeared at the same time. If you try to talk them they pretend not to understand. Avoid unless you don’t mind your stuff being stolen."
"I went there today to check out the place since Clean Rite closed on Fulton and Cambridge. I wanted to start coming here because of the 24/7 hours, the fact that it is spacious, and because there is a place to fold your laundry. These are the plusses of this place. But this place is depressing; the machines are all old, and everything in the laundromat has a thin layer of dust or grime. The machines themselves look like they haven't been wiped down in years. The equipment doesn't work well - gas levels are inconsistent in the dryers (some do not get very hot), the machines do not have normal cold cycles. The change machines don't give the right change. The floor is not swept. Pretty funky place. The prices are reasonable but I won't be back."
