"Poor treatment of their costumers. I went their early today to wash clothes. I put my clothes in a washing machine and the machine proceeds to make a squeaking noise. It also seemed as though the clothes weren’t being cleaned thoroughly no matter how much laundry detergent i put in the machine. So I waited for the machine to stop and after it did I told the man in the laundromat I felt that the clothes weren’t clean and asked if he could get my money out of the machine to put it in a new one. He then proceeded to say that it was fine and the clothes were clean because they were wet. But the clothes weren’t clean to me and just because the clothes are wet doesn’t mean there clean. They also didn’t smell like detergent and that may be due to the lack of detergent that got on the clothes no matter how much I put in the machine. I thought the customer was always right. I guess this isn’t the case when it comes to them. So at this point he wouldn’t reimburse me and wouldn’t pay for a new wash, so my mom spoke to him and still the same response. At this point I become fed up and I just ask him for a garbage bag to take the wet clothes out of one machine to wash and dry them some where else while the others that got cleaned more “exceptionally” dried. But he refused to give me a garbage bag. So then I went to a bodega two or three blocks away, near my house to get garbage bags to remove all the wet clothes from the washing machine because at this point I didn’t even want the clothes that washed “exceptionally” to dry their. So then I had to walk back home after my mom gave me her hard earned money to wash clothes, only to spend more money to rewash clothes, which is a waist of money because the man in the laundromat could’ve gave us a free wash. So after taking my clothes out in garbage bags I decided I would never go to this laundromat again and that led me to this bad review. I will post pictures where you can partially see me, my mom, and my sisters clothes in blue trash bags. Sorry for the improper spelling and grammar and also the fact that you can’t fully see our clothes in the blue bags. Also one last sorry for this long review. I’m rambling at this point but to stop this from happening to anyone else. If it’s not fixed already or if it doesn’t have an out of order sign , the big washing machine when you first walk in the laundromat is the one that didn’t work for me. I wish I could give them 0 stars but it looks like I can’t so to whoever is reading this thanks for taking the time out of your busy day to actually sit and read this and hopefully you see by my long response that I’m not lying or think that I’m just bitter or petty and see that this was really a horrible experience for me.
