"I have been coming to this laundry mat since it 1st opened it used to be well maintained but in the last year or so I can say that 70 to 75% of the washers and dryers are consistently out of service. This laundry mat is no longer an asset considering you have to wait in line to dry your clothes."

"I don’t know what happened to this laundromat. When it first opened it was really good. Now, the majority of dryers are out of service and what is available is being used to do drop off service. This place is losing a lot of business for failure to maintain the dryers. Unfortunately, I will no longer come here. I would quicker go to laundry palace lower down on Merrick. They are opened 24hrs and has an abundance of washers and dryers."

"This laundromat used to be great. They are cheaper than others in the neighborhood and have so many washers and dryer. Only problem now is, more than half of the washer and dryers are ALWAYS out of order. There’s out of order tape on more probably 75% of all the machines in there. Making it so difficult to even wash or dry your things. There’s literally people standing over you waiting to get your machine when your clothes are done. It’s just ridiculous. I have been coming here since they opened and it seems there is no effort in getting these washers or dryers fixed because every time I come, there’s more out of order signs posted on them. This place is always crowded and it’s mainly due to the amount of broken machines. The employees that work there and do the drop off service laundry also use majority of the washers and dryers knowing there’s a laundromat full of people waiting. That’s just bad customer service. Drop off service needs to be done after hours or when the place is empty. Also, don’t go in the summer time. They NEVER have the air conditioner on. It’s always “broken” too and it’s extremely hot in there. I go every other week and throughout the whole summer, the AC was always broken I was told. They don’t seem to fix broken things at the place. They gotta do better. It was like such a gem when they first opened. Now, it’s not even worth going there any more to be fighting for a machine."
