"Always a late open. ALWAYS. There is never anyone there at 7 am. The open sign is always on but at 7 42 a.m. the place is still dark and doors are locked. More than 1/2 of the machines at any given time don't work. If it wasn't for the location being convenient I would absolutely never use this laundromat."
"This place has extreme poor customer service. As of Nov 13 2021 , there were missing pieces of clothing missing from my friends drop off. When expressing this to one of the family members on duty that night he emphasized that because the employee he formerly had hired to wash clothes doesn’t work at his location he cannot accommodate or show no empathy to a customer who has supported this business for several years. Upon leaving the family member decided to call my friends personal phone and ask to meet the following day. 10 min after so the older brother of the family who had nothing to do with the conversation calls and asks for my friend to never enter his store again. Overall, this service should not be supported when customers clothes go missing and the owners don’t care. Do not have them wash your clothes!!!!! If I could no stars I would."
