"Workers are very rude and if there is no dryers available they pick and choose who can use the employee dryer and they do not take out clothes that are finish drying and put on the side . I understand no reliable for clothes left behind but if clients are waiting for dryers do what all laundry mats do take out so people can use and put to the side . She was very nasty and rude does not know how to work under pressure and clients asking if she can take out so we can use she told us no. Then after a while then starting taking the clothes out. Ask for management information and she couldn’t provide I also when to the website to let them to call me let’s see if management will call . Workers name was Julie"

"It has a nice interior but that’s all it’s got going for it. It’s advertised as same day service, but Management please revise this as this is not the case and hasn’t been for a while. Every time I’ve gone I’ve been told it’s not possible as there’s 2 people to do the wash and earliest possible time is next day if not 2 days, that’s unacceptable . For the price that’s overpriced and not whats advertised."

"Yes, this place is clean, spacious and facilities are nice. BUT! The first time I left my laundry for wash&fold, everything was fine. Second time I came in for self-service, did the whites and when I came home I saw that most of my clothes were either yellowish or with orange stains. Third time I came in to try to bring whiteness back to my clothes, but nothing changed. Very disappointed."

"This was my first time to this place. I saw this place walking to the park in the warmer weather but it is a tad farther than the place I usually go to. The extra walk isn't terrible. I would have to rank them in 2 areas. Cleanliness and price. This is one of the largest laundromats relative to the general area. Most places are galley style. Washers on one side and dryers on the other. This place has room for ~40 washers and dryers each. Borderline the place looks brand new and they keep it very clean but their are some key items to keep in mind. Despite everything appearing new, the dryers are old models that you see in other laundry places like laundry palace further out on the island. The washers are new by wascomat and the dryers are speed queens. Probably the original dryers before whenever they did the makeover on this place. Which is a little concerning. All machines should have been updated. You could have gave up some other updates for all new machines. Because of this it takes a long time for clothes to dry even on the high setting and a non-overstuffed load. I am normally able to dry my clothes in 24min, my clothes were not dry. At 40mins yes, but I wasn't willing to add more time to all my machines simply off the price. The price of drying should not be close to the same price as washing. Maintaining a washing machine is more than a dryer. But it cost nearly $2 vs $1 elsewhere for 24mins, no. I see in the comments that the place recently upped their prices by a third. Which is concerning since they opened at the beginning of the year. How often has the price gone up? The dryers prices are terrible. The price doesn't even compare to other places. Currently 12/26/22, 6mins for 45 cents. That is nearly double most places for 2-3 less minutes. That is outrageous! You have old old old machines and you are charging that? You are out of your mind. That is truly unacceptable. There are other places that have old machines and they don't charge that. Laney's on lefferts is 8min for 25 cents and they have newer dryers by wascomat. Laundry Palace in Valley Stream on Merrick and Rockaway is 9min for 25 cents with the same or probably older machines. So I don't under how you got the price you are currently charging. The washing machines have 3 sizes which isn't typical for laundromats even the small ones but it works for their layout. Most I have seen have 5 sizes at least and also have the load size on the machine usually labeled with the number of laundry baskets. The layout allows for more machines in the space. I'm not a fan that they are all grouped together by size the way that they are but it works. I like having my varied sized loads closer together vs machines in one row and machines in another row. It is easier to keep on eye on my machines when they are closer together. I will give them props here, they do have website with the machines time remaining, what machines are available, card loading purchases made, etc. It is fairly accurate enough not perfect. I had clothes in a machine that was still running and the site said the machine was available so you get the idea of 'fairly accurate'. I wanted to give this place 5 stars but too many down sides. I will use this place as a backup to my usual when my usual stop is full."

"Very convenient, and now very pricey too! Just raised self-serve prices by a third in the last week or so. Very clean, well lit, public bathroom unlocked with laundry keycard. Automated texts when washer/dryer finishes but texts come from a variety of numbers so don't stay threaded. Staff often unable to answer basic questions due to little/no English comprehension."
