"This place just waste of time and money. The price is higher then in other laundries and wash time is just 25 min (in laundry on Atlantic Ave it’s 35 min). I set the high temperature mode and my clothes were cold after the machine finished! Half of the dryers are out of service. I used to go there because I leave close but now will be going to another place."
"Definitely don't recommend. I loaded my stuff to dry for 54minutes. Almost in an hour it's completely wet. It was spinning but not drying. They asked me to move my clothing to the next machine but who's going to compensate my waisted time??"
"Terrible and irresponsible. Lost my dry cleaning item and made zero effort to try to locate it. It’s a piece with the sentimental value and I had gone in three times to followup, but the same lady never knows what’s going on and “the manager will call me”, which never happened. The one time I managed to catch the manager, he kept trying to question me whether I remembered it wrong (eg maybe I have left it with another cleaner or left it with them for more than 30 days so they gave it away), which was infuriating and I had to fight back and insist that he check his records, after which he reluctantly said he’ll try to look… yet never called back. Also the girl who initially took in my items did keep saying how much she liked the dress, so the fact that they made zero effort to locate it made it extra suspicious. Either this happens all the time and they knew they have taken it so are just pretending to look, or they are truly very bad at their job."
"They gave away my dry cleaning clothes because they had been there for over 30 days. Just gave them away. No phone call, no alert, nothing. I went to pick them up and they told me they were gone. The manager did not apologize, just said that was their policy, and did not offer to try to find or replace them. Also their staff did not wear masks the majority of the pandemic. I will never go back there."
"Although the place is clean and comfortable, the female attendant on a Sunday refused to take my $20 bill and give me change or sell me detergent. She accused me of giving her a fake bill because the change machine kept spitting it out. She was rude and just stared at me and said it's fake. I will not accept it. Of course I had to load up my laundry and drag it to Key Food to buy my detergent and get change. The bill was NOT fake got it from my bank ATM. Clearly her machine was having problems. Not good customer service."
