Clean City Laundry Ridgewood

"Have been coming for years. Not usually on the weekends always week day and mornings. When I washed the clothes still has soak it did not rinse. I told the lady and she said I would have to pay again. I had just paid 5.95 to wash and I had to pay again cause my clothes still had soap. She even saw the soap and would put the wash to wash for free. She very rude and nasty."

"Definetly not a 24 hour laundry mat. They say the close at 10 on weekdays if you ask, but will often close an hour and a half to two hours early"

"This laundromat is run down. It’s dirty, no hot water, and so many machines are out of service/malfunctioning. Businesses should be extra clean especially after the “pandemic”."

"I selected hot w heavy soil and extra rinse to wash my blankets and towels. When I pressed start, it switched to quick wash. When I explained this to the employee, she basically said I needed to pay double if I wanted to rewash and said it wasn't her fault or her responsibility. I come to this laundromat all the time and never have I ever made a complaint but as this was some type of technical malfunction, how is it my fault as a paying customer? Instead of providing me with a solution which would have been to offer to pay for the rewash, she basically said I'd have to come back to speak to the owner tomorrow. I'm doing the laundry now and need it done now. It's not worth my time to return tomorrow and rewash everything when I am here doing this now. The lack of assistance or even understanding is appalling. I've spent probably thousands of dollars here as I like to do my laundry consistently. I'll be searching for a new location and will be happy to express my disdain to my tenants."

"Very clean and modern laundromat with varied sizes of washing machines, plenty of dryers and space to fold and social distance. Friendly and attentive staff. Most importantly, masks are required for entry."
