"Very terrible place. My last wash was about 2 months ago. The machine had failed and left some dents on my cloth. The laundry attendant refused to give me additional wash despite the machine leaving debris on my cloth. Customer service is zero. Even though I live 2 minutes away from here and I have been using the laundry for over 3 years, it’s a complete disaster. I’d travel miles and go to a better laundromat that respects people and offer great service"
"By far a 10/10 experience. Lots of attention to detail, kindness, and care goes into giving customers a 5 star experience here which I appreciate . I get text alerts when my wash and fold laundry is ready for pick up and they load it into my car curbside! I love that I can request to have it delivered for free as well. Definitely my go-to for wash and fold. It can’t get more convenient."
