"At first I was wow'd at how clean and spacious the laundry was at the local I went to but then I had to experience terrible customer service. One of the machines took a cycle off my card when I mentioned it to customer service they told me they couldnt assist me and use another one. The machines are over priced comparing to the other locals in the area it is also advertised as 24 hours open at the local I went to in jersey city but online it says it closes at 10pm. I would opt for the other spots in the neighborhood much better."
