"I’ve used this laundromat for laundry service for a while where my laundry is picked up and dropped off. The experience was positive for the most part . However there is an immense lack of professionalism and accountability on the owner’s part . Although there is a high driver turnover the drivers for gf most part are decent. However if you complain to the owner about receiving poor service it seems that you are blacklisted. Rather than her attempting service recovery or training laundry staff when something goes wrong it seems customers are penalized ."
"I've Never met people so rude to a 8 yr old Child To think this place is Called American Laundry They should be Called The Rudest Laundr My 8 Yr Old Grandson Had to Change from his School uniform To his Baseball Uniform And we assumed They wouldn't mind a Little young Man Changing his Uniform How WRONG were we Not only Did they Pretend they couldn't speak English But They Definitely Just ignore My Poor 8 Yr Old Grandson I can promise you This I will keep all my Family and Friends Away from This place"
