"I would leave zero stars if I could. This place completely destroyed a sofa cushion I brought here and when I brought it back and showed them compared to another one, the woman simply said, "This is what happens to leather when it gets treated." She then handed me a piece of paper with their disclaimer on it and said "I didn't give this to you when you dropped it off but it says so right here." Obviously if I had known I would have a cushion a completely different color than the rest of of my sofa I wouldn't have brought it in! The final straw was they refused to reimburse for the cleaning and only would give me 50% back because "that was their responsibility." I will add that this encounter was after years of bringing our regular dry cleaning here. Never again and stay far away from this place."

"First time going to this place. Staff were friendly and polite. I showed them a water stain on my satin shirt, and the lady marked it with a sticker. But when I got it back, although there was a tag on the hanger stating the item was "given special attention," the stain was still there. I'm not sure if I'll go back. The rest of my stain-free clothing looks good. I spent $254 here. One would think they would make sure all stains were removed. Guess not."

"They lost my shirt, an extremely expensive shirt, and now they do not want to pay up. Coming from a immigrant home and owning my own small business, I hate to leave a review like this at a local small business. However the way I was treated and the unprofessional matter in which my situation was handled cannot go unnoticed. I was told my clothing would not leave the premises because everything was done in house but when I came to pick up my shirt they told me that had lost it. I gave him three weeks following to find it and he did not. I went to get the money I was owed to reimburse me for the expensive shirt and they did not want to pay. They also said "I thought it was just a regular shirt I didn't know it was so much," which shows they do not care about the clothing they are working on. I hate to have to sue but all other compromises were dismissed from the owner I think his name was mr.Kim. I will have to take this matter, which could have been handled in less than five minutes, to small claims court to receive the money I am owed. If you went to this business before and they did good work for you please continue to support them, but if it is your first time here please second guess your decision. This is a stressful situation I wish I did not have to deal with."

"Satisfied with the cleaning. And staff members are friendly. Only reason for 4 stars is because this winter jacket took 2 days longer to clean than the assigned pick up day. Staff members did not say this jacket would take more time when item was dropped off nor did they call to let me know it was not ready. The wasted time of making two trips and lack of compensation is the reason for the drop in star."

Very impressed with the quality, hospitality and service! Not to mention, the amazing alterations service. Keep up great work!"
