"I started going here when new owners took over because it was so clean and the staff was so nice. Over the last two months it has severely declined and is dirty. It’s hard to get machines because they are always doing business laundry. The staff says they are short and that is why it is always dirty….very disappointed. I actually swept the floor last time I was there because I was afraid of someone slipping on a dryer sheet. Hopefully management can dedicate some of their own time to bringing this once exception business back to par."
