"Have never had issues with their services. I've gotten a few pants tailored here and some buttons repaired. Dry cleaning can take a few days since they usually have a lot of items to take care of but service is great overall."

"Halsey Cleaners did not clean my clothes. They were returned on hangers in bags, but smelled like body odor. They did not smell when I dropped them off. I called for a refund, and the person working said she did not believe me. I went to the storefront, and they accused me of just not wanting to pay, refusing to refund me. My clothes smell disgusting. I think they put them into a pile of dirty clothes, and then hung them up without ever cleaning them. Absolutely disgusting, and the people working there are beyond rude!!"
"Gone there a couple of times, even though I thought they were overpriced. First experience was ok, second time the lady at the front was very abrupt and rude, I tried a third time and got the same. They were not able to do a simple adjustment and didn’t seem to want to answer my questions. Needless to say that was my final attempt. I’m a long time Newark resident but they will never get my business again. It also occurred to me after reading some of the other comments they only show respect and kindness to certain people! If you want us to support you, support us! Do better Halsey Cleaners!"
