"I’ve been a customer with them for a while now. Always very satisfied with the work done. I can trust them with sensitive cleanings. Recently, I had a cleaning of a expensive wool sweater (200). I bought this sweater midway of losing a bunch of weight so when I went to have it cleaned. It was a little bigger when I bought. I thought that might work to my advantage if I ever gained weight. I did research on how to best care for the sweater which was handwashing. I had another garment handwashed there so I brought it to them. They told me that they did have the space to dry this particular garment which I thought was weird. They suggested it would be fine if I dry clean it. I trusted them. I pulled the sweater out recently to wear. They definitely did not dry clean it. It shrunk. Lucky for me I lost additional weight. The sweater was maybe a size a half bigger when I had it cleaned. It now fits like a glove (which deep down I always wished it did. I was insecure about more form fitting clothing when I bought). I am mildly irritated. If I gain weight, I definitely won’t be able to wear it. It’s kind of good motivation to stay in the gym I guess. If I were in bad shape, I’d be livid. Moral of the story. You can trust them with the more basic stuff. Do not trust them with things like virgin wool or anything else that sensitive!"
