"So I just moved to this area not too long and I found it very convenient that a laundry mat was within walking distance. My first initial thought stepping into this establishment was not bad at all so I continued to proceed. I put my clothes in, money, soap and sat down, mind you I only had two machines. In less than 10 minutes exactly, my clothes was already in rinse cycle and as I stood there confused, the water coming out was so low barely any and I’m like how is this even rinsing? I was so confused because it was on 22 min, my machines was right next to each other so they were only seconds apart in startups and like I said in less than 10 min, it was in the rinsing stage with mad soap still spinning in it. I bought it to the person working attention and the first thing she says “did you put a lot of soap?” Now I understand some may add a little extra to make sure that their clothes are clean but I told her the soap wasn’t the issue. The machines are rigged and in the rinsing cycle, the water pressure is so low that it barely does its part hence why, there’s soap still throughout the whole washing process. I am not the only one who has complained about this. My cousin also had the same problem but she paid another $10 to re wash her clothes w/o soap! The fact that the worker thought she had the upper hand to be shady and ask me such a question as if I was 12years old and my momma sent me to wash the whole house clothes, was very unprofessional! This is black community where it may not be the safest and it’s not too established but that doesn’t mean you provide mediocre service! I pay attention to everything and instead of saying I’m not coming back in which I’m not, I’m not going to ignore the problem. If you pay attention to your clothes you will see what I’m talking about. They use cheap soap so that’s why there’s no suds!!!!!!!!! This is why I wash my OWN CLOTHES! I bet if this place was on fire, the manager/ owner would be contacted! I have asked to speak to the owner and she tells me she can’t do that? WOW! I’m not a customer that is trying to be right, I have a complaint and concern and by all her answers I can tell it is what it is. I’m writing this review because I want greatness for my community and people. Even reading other reviews I see their services are declining and it’s not a lie."

"Its new and clean. They close at 10pm but they take the lay wash at 830pm. Detergent and bleach was ready to purchase (items fully stocked). Its very spacious. They have a snack vending machine. Sitting areas around the place."

"Great laundromat. I used the largest machine and that cost $10. Drying is 0.55 cents for 7 minutes. My favorite part is the electronic card system. No need to push it Into the machine. You just place it on the slot and it uses wireless technology to add the money. The sister laundromat in my neighborhood was closed for renovation and Chris the driver brought me over here. I love this location. If my neighborhood location ends up like this, I’ll come and use it more. Again, machine prices are very rather high price wise but the quality of the machines more than makes up for it. They have all different washing machine sizes and different sized dryers. If my local location is ever closed, I’m happy to come here and do my laundry."
