"Owner refuses to turn on the AC. Poor lady working for her asked her after serval customers have complained and the owner refused. On a hot summer day of 83 degrees I think this is illegal in a place where there are hot dryer machines running. Sounds like a hazard to me. Hope the health department see’s this :)"
"nice people but poor cleaning/folding service. sometimes i wonder if they use any soap at all. i have lost a lot of clothes here - on the plus side (i guess) - i have acquired the clothes and towels of many strangers. Update: I have figured out that the evening worker, from Bangladesh, is The Man. He is the only person to do the work right and responsibly. I don't trust anybody else. Now that I have figured out the system, this place is invaluable to me and my Air B&B biz."
"Very clean facility and newer machines that work really well. $2.50 for a small load, $4 for a medium, $6.50 for a large. 25 cents for 7 minutes drying. All of this is pretty standard pricing that I’ve found around Brooklyn. Very quiet and calm with families and other locals. Kind owner as well!"
