"Lin is a great manager and laundress! She is really friendly, approachable, and works efficiently. I think the drop-off prices are fair and I usually get my laundry the next day, however if I drop off early in the morning (like 9am), then I can pick up that same day in the evening. Once, when I was doing laundry myself, I had a stain and asked her for tips on how to remove it. She then took an oxidizing spray and let the garment sit for awhile before washing it out in their sink. She really does go above and beyond and reciprocates friendliness."

"Gave them my laundry and after bringing it home, I realized my towels had bleach stains all over them because they weren't careful enough to make sure there wasn't any left over bleach in the washing machine. To top it off, I had given them my own detergent and softener bottles which were filled to the top, after picking up the laundry they hadn't returned the bottles because they used all of the liquids on my laundry which by the way, wasn't even enough laundry to use half a bottle of each on. So moral of my rant: Stay away"
