"The workers are very nice and helpful. But I don't like a few things. The toilet is very dirty and full of graffiti. They don't even give toilet paper. Many of the $4.00 machines have holes from careless users and it could damage your clothes. The big $5 washing machines don't have adequate water during the wash and rinse cycles. My advice: bring sanitary wipes and alcohol spray when you go there. Sanitize all handles, your cart and the folding table."
"Staff is usually really nice and willing to answer questions thrown at them given you bypass the slight language barrier. The machines sometimes don’t clean the clothes as much you would like them to but for the very low price it’s pretty reasonable and good. Definitely not the most aesthetically pleasing laundromats I’ve seen in the city but I’m here to wash my clothes not to judge interior design. I’ve been coming here for all of my laundry needs so I really don’t have any major complaints."
"Worst laundromat in NYC!!! The place is filthy. The workers are rude and terrible at keeping the place clean. The hot water on the washing machines always have cold water come out of them. I asked the employees how to fix it and they told me it can’t be fixed because the hot water heaters are to far from the machines. I also have come back to wet clothes on 4 different occasions after paying for 40+ min... on one occasion I saw a employee open the drier I was using with her back to it and pretending to clean and pick something up so it was less obvious. She never restarted the machine. When she looked over at me and saw I caught her she scampered off. Now I know why my clothes are still wet after using their dryers. I would avoid this place."
"Decent laundromat frequented by locals. $2.25 for a wash (small/regular) and a quarter for 8 mins. Some places charge a quarter for 6 mins so I say this laundromat is nicely priced. One of my white work shirts got dulled in the dryer but that's probably because I had a furry black sweater thrown in as well, hence I couldn't wear it to work. Its probably my fault but could be that they didn't change their dryer filter. Would use them again though!"
