"It’s always clean in here no matter the time, the machines work well and there’s a lot of space inside. Be careful with the dryers though- it’s the strongest dryer I’ve ever used at a laundromat and I’ve shrunk clothing by using high heat. I only use high heat for towels and blankets now but never for clothing"

"Edit 04/13/2023 The price of the washer and dryer has gone up, AGAIN! Also (self opening) dryers' doors need to be fixed ⭐⭐⭐ Good, clean, large Laundromat with a parking lot. Opens 24 hours is also a plus. Just one thing needs improvement, which is Dryers' door. They're loose and open by itself during drying cycle. Please fix it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"We come to NYC often, and usually wash our clothes at the hotel or take them home. This time, I decided to try a wash and fold service, and visited Fresh Laundromat in Fresh Meadows. Same day service the day after Thanksgiving, clothes ready earlier than expected, and amazing service (see pics attached). Very nice staff as well. We will be back!"

"DESTROYED 2 CANADA GOOSE JACKETS WORTH $1800!! DROPPED OFFER TWO CANADA GOOSE JACKETS ON SUNDAY 4/16/23, PICKED IT UP ON FRIDAY AND SAW BOTH JACKETS MELTED. MANAGER STATED THAT THE DAMAGE WAS DUE TO WEAR AND TEAR, I DON'T KNOW WHAT WEAR AND TEAR WILL MELT THE FABRIC OF THE JACKET. WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN, MAKE SURE TO AVOID USING THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR EXPENSIVE CANADA GOOSE JACKETS. OFFERED NO REFUND, NO RESOLUTION, BASICALLY BLAMED THE CUSTOMER FOR THEIR MISTAKE. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!"

"I dropped off a Theory Wool Jacket to be dry cleaned on 11/11. I had also dropped off 3 designer items which cost alot more than this item. (Which is why I don’t understand he’s assuming i’m trying to rip him off). I pointed out this is the lowest value item I had dropped off and the only one with an issue. On the date of pick up, 11/19 I noticed that the item was damaged. It was piled and the material of the jacket was changed.The girl working there at the time agreed the item was damaged and said she had to have her manager call me back. I went back on 11/22 to speak to the owner. The lining of the jacket appears shrunk, the photos show how the jacket is now deformed. He said this is from the buttons being used. Why was it not like this before? The damage is all throughout the jacket, excluding the material inside the pockets which i’m assuming is the only area not treated. He stated that “these things happen to dry cleaned items.” He said that it had happened to multiple customers before and he can not do anything. I should report him to the BBB or sue him in small claims court. Not only did he offer no solution to this issue, he had a terrible attitude. He blamed the damage on the manufacturer. I called the company, they were unable to reimburse since it was not manufacturing issue. Terrible service. Not only was a $700 wool jacket ruined, I have never received service like this before. As the owner of a business you should not just shrug off paying customers and Tell them these things just happen."
