"Working with Dawn turned the potentially overwhelming experience of a first time home buy into an experience that that will have fond memories attached in years to come, like owning a first home should. My partner and I work odd hours so our schedule wasn't the most conventional and Dawn was always able to accommodate our schedule. If a listing popped up and we had time that day to go see it open, so did she. She accommodated extra viewings in a day than she normally would because it was what worked for us, she truly works WITH her client. Dawn was always quick to respond to a text, email, or phone call with a solution to any concern I may have had; and if she herself did not have the solution she would already be in the process of reaching out to the applicable party/s involved to work one out. One thing in particular I appreciated was that she kept open communication with all parties involved, if someone had to be contacted about something she did it and let me know, I wasn't left to handle much if anything on my own. (No making phone calls in the middle of your work day, waiting to hear back, emailing this, that, and the other person and waiting for a response to relay.) While taking us through viewings Dawn was very knowledgeable of the specific state of each property from history, to the status of the owners in their home buying process or any variation in ownership other than a traditional one, she considered potential future affairs for the property like maintenance and potential for development as we were interested. You could tell she was good at getting to know her clients and their tastes quickly as well as applying that knowledge when approaching each property. It was very obvious every step of the way that Dawn was always doing everything she could to work with us and for us.
