"This place was good when it first opened. Now it has no air conditioning, the place is very hot inside and people keep complaining to the owner to which he does nothing about it. They always say the AC is broken. I feel sorry for the workers, me and a bunch of other people I spoke with have all changed to different laundromats."
"dropped off my laundry a handful of times, i loved how crisp the fold was but one time they shrunk my pants and another time they left a mark on one of my favorite tshirts. decided to come do my own laundry on site. mistake. the machine didnt clean the clothes. there were no bubbles in the machine and the clothes didnt smell clean. talked to the woman at the front, she was of no help, she just said that the soap was rinsed out and maybe i needed to use more. i didnt want to spend another $6.25 to wash clothes that should have gotten clean the first time but i did bc yeah maybe i didnt put in enough detergent the first time. i put in double what i put the first time around and still no bubbles. still. no. bubbles. i wasted 1.5 hrs and $20. i’m never coming back here again"
"worker (she), closed the laundry without notifying me that she was closing the laundry. I stepped out for a minute to get a drink. When I came back it’s closed Leaving all my clothes inside. I had trip coming the next morning. She could have let me know that she was going to close and get my clothes. I would have done that with no problem. Very rude and inconsiderate."
"Disgusting place, clumps of hair ,scraps of paper even chicken bones on the floor. I don’t get how this place could be this disgusting , I don’t understand someone can’t sweep or attempt to sweep every few hours . Every time I come to this laundromat I truly regret it . Il walk the extra 2 blocks to not have to deal with this ."
"I only go cause it’s a big laundry mat, it’s has bright lighting, But there’s garbage everywhere every single time! These people don’t clean through your the day. It’s gross."
