"Super friendly and helpful staff!! Even though I was the last customer of the night, they helped with my laundry and were able to get me in and out before they closed."
"Worst experience ever. Rude Chinese guys that don't speak English Place is a dump, Disgusting. If you have to dry something they DON'T take the clothes out to accommodate. Never going back. They're soooo nasty the Chinese guys."
"Phewwww okay. First time I went in here a super-gross/sweaty nyc native told me how much loved little white girls and was loudly jeering at me for the whole 5 minutes I was in there. When they wouldn’t do anything to make him stop or leave, I went elsewhere. Had to come back here today cuz my regular place was full. Couldn’t get the machine to work so I had to ask for help and the dude starts shouting at me that I have to pay. I already had. I told him. So he literally kicked the door as hard as he could and then it started. Lol. He muttered a slew of obscenities and was on his way. On my way out, a homeless thruple stood in front of the door and wouldn’t let me leave. I said excuse me and one of them screamed all hail whiteness bow down to whiteness a few times before he scooched over so I could escape. So. I would say if you’re looking for an authentic and terrifying nyc experience, this is the place to be. I however have to go back there to get my stuff in half an hour and frankly I’m scared do I really need those sheets"
"One of the machines didn’t “accept” two of the quarters I got from their change machines and I ended up paying $.50 more than needed for the load. When I told management/the owner, his response was too bad. He wouldn’t give me the 50 cents toward a dryer. I get that people lie, but it isn’t like I have asked him to do this before."
