"I've been coming here for several months and the staff is awesome. They don't overcharge or rush to kick you out. They're very helpful if machines aren't working or in general. And they have a TV that's normally playing family friendly movies. Great laundromat!"

"The young lady attendant black girl, who worked here was super helpful, very attentive, and the part I enjoyed the most is the way she kept the place clean. I have visited this laundromat on days and time that she is not here and I can honestly say the things that take place are atrocious. You have the neighborhood just hanging out, the place is always filthy. I made it my chore to only come here on days she work. That’s when I suggest you visit."

"Well let me start by saying that my experience is different depending upon who’s on the schedule that day. When the two ladies are there it’s a pleasant experience, but on Sunday evenings when I like to go I don’t because the man who works that shift is a little unpleasant. I ignore it because I’m used to dealing with difficult people in my profession, but I think it’s very unprofessional the way the other customers are addressed. It doesn’t bother me but I’m sure other customers may have an issue with his attitude and conduct. I just recently injured myself and Octavia helped me fold the rest of my clothes, and the other young lady is always helpful and pleasant whenever I come to do laundry which is almost every week, sometimes twice a week. Like I said in the beginning my experience is different with each employee, and if I feel like I don’t have the mental capacity to deal with the complaints of the one male employee I come on the days I know it will be a pleasant experience. Also the cleanliness depends on who’s on the schedule as well."

"On July 9th I went to the laundromat to have my laundry done, I usually carry a small amount of detergent this, this is refills. I have to put in my laundry in the machine. I left my empty container on top of the machine so I can remember which machine I used also. The manager and the janitor is one person she threw it into the garbage I said why did you do that? This is not the first time you are doing this, and you are the only person that does this, she said she will continue to do it, and no one is allowed to put the empty container on top of the machine because it is garbage, I said, where is the policy the written policy she said this is the law I ask her for her name, she wouldn’t give me her name, I ask her for the owners name or his number because I have seen him come around on three occasions so I know that this is not her laundry mat. She refused to give it to me. This laundromat when it first started was a beautiful laundromat. The staff was beautiful nice attitude but now it’s getting unbearable and I refuse to put one more dollar into this laundry mat and I advise people do not go there , it’s not worth your emotional state"
