"I really wanted to support this black business as a black woman however… Owner is NOT AT ALL friendly. I’ve had more than one occurrence with him so this is not an isolated incident. His behavior is disgusting. It’s always a problem with the hours and operations of this business. Not professional at all. Will not be returning ! Taking my business else where, too many other laundromats in the area to settle for this mess of a business this guy is running."
"As Laundromat is extremely clean the service is exceptional and the owner is friendly and creates a family atmosphere. The machines are well maintained and you are able to get in do your laundry and get out in a reasonable amount of time. They also have wash and fold services."
"I didn't even get to close the door when entering because the lady at the front turned me away by rudely repeating "mm, mm, we are closed." There were two people still using the machines inside and I just had a small bag to wash. If that's how she treats new customers when letting them know "nicely" of their closing time, then I can't imagine how she runs the place in earlier hours. Not coming back ever again."
