"No AC No aire acondicionado No air conditioning But the window says Air conditioning inside? What’s going on? It’s too hot in there especially during the heat wave we just experienced. This has to be illegal. I reached out to 311 and BBB regarding this and waiting to hear back. Even if the excuse is that the AC is broken it has been over 2/3 years that there is no AC in the summers. I think the owner just doesn’t want to turn it on. I will stop giving them my money and look for another laundromat. Also the dryers take too long to dry."
"While it is a good sized laundromat, and clean, it has its drawbacks. It is brutal in there in summer. They claim to have air conditioning, but it is never on. The vending machine for drinks has a sign that says drinks not cold. The supply vending machine is always sold out. A HUGE issue I have is the way they allow children to run around he place. It can be dangerous."
