"The owner has a very nesty service attitude and dangerous behavior. Most of machine is not work properly. When the coin is not inserted, they bring the knife to tip the machine to work. The owner didn't even write on the sign for not working, and she aggressively shouted out to the customer and shook the hands with knife on hands, asked the customer can't read letter. There is only the half folded blank paper was attached. Very scared."

"IfI could I’ll give her zero. The owner is insane. She keeps watching dryer machines and changing function buttons from high to warm when u leaving for a while and will yelling at u when u dry more than 35 minutes….."

"I went here today and the owner glared at me as I was walking in. I had came to do my laundry and very clearly set the temperature on high mode. I left for a few minutes to take a walk across the street. Then, I noticed that the temperature of the dryer that I was using had lowered to medium. I went over and asked the owner what had happened and he said that someone must’ve messed with it. The other woman was screaming at me saying that she didn’t know what happened and got up to fight me. She started hitting me with her arm and I told her to not touch me. In the end, I gathered up my clothes and went to another laundromat. This place is a scam and purposely makes you spend more money on your laundry by secretly switching the settings."

"Today, I was drying laundry at a laundromat. I went out for just 5 minutes and came back. It was clear that I had set the dryer's heat control to high and when I came back, the heat control sign had dropped to the middle. So I asked the store owner and he said that someone else had tampered with it. He said he didn't know, and the problem was that something like this had happened once before. At that time, he didn't say anything and just moved on. But today, the store owner got so angry that I told him about this problem and tried to fight, yelling at me to go somewhere else and do my laundry, so I just did it. I took my laundry to another laundromat. I never want to come back to a place like this again. I'm sure you've all experienced this as well. This store will definitely close after all the customers leave. And the store owner is a very scary woman, she tells you all to be careful and don't get scammed."

"The owner is insane and is always yelling at customers for no reason. Beyond rude. A lot of comments say she’s racist but her disgusting attitude doesn’t discriminate—she’s just as rude to Asian people. Always telling people that what they’re doing is wrong and yelling at people to get out."
