"Pick up and delivery are always smooth and on time. Unfortunately three times now they have used the regular laundry detergent, even though I pay extra for the non-allergenic kind. EDIT: And now they've overcharged me by almost double, and won't respond to my emails."

"I've been using LaundryPal for about a month or two now and so far I have no complaints. The guy that comes and picks up my clothes is very polite, even gave me a wake up call when I forgot to put them outside for pickup. I like how they fold my socks and underwear, makes it easy to store them more compact as well. I usually have about 20lbs of laundry and it comes out to about $35-40 with tip included. Considering the time it saves me from going to a laundromat myself which I absolutely despise, this is a great timesaver and I'm glad I found this service."

They're organized, always on-time for pickups and drop-offs with great turnaround, kind, and do an all around amazing job with the actual wash/fold service. Not only that but the person that runs their email & customer support, Stephanie, is SO HELPFUL! She is always responsive and extremely professional. Any time I have a question or special request, Stephanie ensures that I am assisted and satisfied with the outcome. I highly recommend this company if you're in their zone of service!"

"I’ve always come to the location to wash my clothes and I love that it’s 24 hours, machines give a good wash, there’s free detergent on Wednesdays & if you go at the right time, you can be in and out. I used the laundry pickup & delivery service for the first time and the price per pound wasn’t TOO expensive. The driver didn’t pick up TOO late and the company got my clothes done before my drop off was even scheduled. Definitely using the service again until I can physically get back to doing my own laundry"
