Roma Laundry

"Terrible service and rude lady working at the back. I came on a Tuesday to ask for a packet of tide bc there's free tide packets on Tuesdays. But since i went with my boyfriend, she gave him one but not me? She said rudely that it's one per customer. I'm literally a separate person and i have my own load. Not only that but she was MAJOR suck up to another customer who would use 5 dryers at a time. Mind you, this other customer would put in 2 small blankets per dryer so it was just taking up space for other people who really needed it. But the worker lady did EVERYTHING for the customer, to the point where the customer would tell her to remove other clients clothes just for her singular cloth. Absolutely ridiculous. Don't say in big letters outside your business that you offer free tide and refuse to give me one. Liars."

"It was Sunday (6/30/2024) afternoon around 1:00 pm. I am so mad at an old agressive lady. I was about to use restroom to wash my hands after I touched coins, I tried to open the door but it was locked I shook door knob to check if it is locked or not. She approached to me with keys and she yelled at me "do not shake the door knob". She did not need to yell at me. I am not a deaf I can hear her even if she wisphered me. They lost a customer. I will not go there any more. Farewell."

"Their big machines are $8.50. Idr how much the middle and small machines were but it equals to $8.75 to use one middle and one small machine. Dryer was about 6 or 7 mins per quarter. Water seems fine. The interior is old and needs some work. I accidentally left a towel for my dog inside the machine and asked the worker there where the lost & found box was and she had no idea what I was asking. She doesn't understand English nor does she speak it well. She's there pretty much all week so.."

"Woah... $9 for 26mins with their largest machine plus warm water. Their smallest machines are $3.50 for the same time-frame depending on what kind of cycle you use. Compared to the other Whitestone laundromats, respectfully, this is quite expensive and Roma wash cycles are shorter in duration. Just the facts."

"I've been to other laundry mats and what makes me keep coming back to Roma's is the people. Very friendly and uplifting group. Time goes by fast talking with them so it doesn't seem like a chore. Clean with great new dryers and washers. Parking is convenient."
