"After washing clothes at home , was surprised to find my dryer wasn't getting hot . Called up chows and the attendant was very nice and said there wasn't a problem bring my clothes to dry . Great dryers , very clean and well run business."
"Owner is always rude. Lazy work, they work on stains only when they feel like it, almost like it’s a favor. Inconsistent with quality, 50/50 on if they are still dirty, smelly and stained or actually cleaned. Owner is a real piece of work, horrible quality control and customer service. Owner will talk down to you and get into a full blown argument with you if you ever bring something up. Not worth your time or money go somewhere else."
"New to the area wanted to try this laundromat for their drop off service, it was going good for the pass few months and the price was very convenient but for the past two weeks the customer service has been lacking in the sense of the employees not greeting you and feeling annoyed of handling my clothes. Don't really care since their are other laundromat in the area I can go to but hope management makes changes since they do a very good job in washing and folding my clothes."
