Bayside Excellent Laundromat

"I came here today to wash clothes. The environment here is very bad and the service attitude is very bad. She's got a problem with her washing machine system and she's not helping. The washing machine ate me 1.25, and she only gave us 0.5 back. And said we didn't want to use the rest of the time. Never come here again. Not recommended to do laundry here. It was a terrible experience."

"I been dropping off my laundry there for years. They use to do a good job.in the past month, I've noticed my laundry comes back wrinkled, they were folded very messy, disorganized. I think they must have hired a different person there. The washed laundry comes back worse and worse each time for the past month. I strongly suggest the owner look into it. This can't go on. I now need to refold all my clothes after paying for the service. I will be taking my business else where."

"It's great, and a staple of the neighborhood for decades. Only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that you have to make change into quarters to use the machines. I'm sure it's too expensive for them to convert all the machines to accept card, so I don't hold it against them; this review is mostly for the person who might rather use their debit card. Machine to change bills on-site."

"Disclaimer - This review is only for the person who does their laundry themselves. I don't used their wash services for no other reason than I prefer to do my own laundry. The laundromat is fairly big yet small at the same time. Yes they have a lot of machines but during peak times it can get crowded quick and there not much space for people to sit and wait when its busy. The machines work well with not many out of service or for very long. I just my 2 complaints would be when i started going there till maybe a few months ago you got 8 minutes per quarter on the dryer now you get only 7. I didn't think one min is a big deal but when doing multiple loads it adds up. Finally the laundromat could use a nice remodeling job. The wood paneling, floors, folding areas/tables look worn-out and barely hanging on. It just looks like no one cares about the place and its a shame. So overall it is a very good and serviceable laundromat but I would suggest sitting in car rather than staying in the building any longer than you have too. Its just not a pretty or comfortable place to sit and wait for the laundry to be done."
