"Nice people but if you leave your laundry for them to wash & fold they will slowly lose all your good clothes such as expensive gym wear. I’ve lost count of the amount of name brand gym socks, shirts and sweats that I never got back. Problem is you don’t notice it until you wonder why you’re running out of socks or until you realize you haven’t seen a piece of clothing in a while. If you plan on leaving your clothes here, keep track of literally everything you leave with them. Can’t accuse them of anything but it’s funny how it’s only my expensive stuff that gets lost…"

"I had a really bad experience at Laundry Warehouse, particularly with an employee named Sandra who works on the weekends. Sandra had a terrible attitude and was constantly on her phone instead of doing her job. When I dropped off my laundry bags, she gave me an attitude, Didn’t want to work or even stand up. It appears I interrupted her phone call. I had to leave because she gave me a bad opinion about my bags and even called her supervisor to cover up her own mistakes saying that It was me giving her attitude. I confronted her and notice she didn’t want to take care of my bags. It was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional experience. I wouldn't recommend using Laundry Warehouse, especially if Sandra is working during your visit. Her lack of customer service skills and unprofessional behavior reflect poorly on the business as a whole. It's not good business to employ individuals who are uninterested in providing quality service and taking responsibility for their actions. Overall, I had a very negative experience and would not recommend this place."

"If I tell you I like this place then you would do Laundry here. Don't come here, only for me! However, it's clean and basically nice if you want to turn your smelly clothes into clean ones. Hopefully my review does not encourage you to come here at all."

"I've been coming here for years, I was originally brought in by the sales on Wednesday and Thursday. Then staff is very kind and they keep the place very clean. They are always willing to help you. There are plenty of washers and dryers, although it gets really busy at some times of the week (look at the Google data to check). They recently renovated the place, it is even nicer now and all the machines are brand new."
