"Very unprofessional. Why not write out of service instead of “tiene lata”"

"There's variety sizes of machines, is spacious, the people that work here are nice, bathroom is clean, they have a space to wait with snacks, and they have a big sink with warm water to rinse off the annoying soap that stays on your hands and other items of course. Machine price (the ones I used) $3, $4 and $6.75. Dryer is $0.25 per 8 minutes. My only advice would be maybe the maintenance of the machines, some of them have built up detergent. It would also be nice if the machines would operate with card but coins are fine. They have parking. Overall very good!"

"Place is big. I like that they have a variety of sizes for washers. There's a sitting area away from the machines but then you can't keep an eye on your stuff. The vending machines in the sitting area don't work. Think it's funny because I've been going there for almost a year and they still haven't fixed any of them. Some of their dryers aren't available for use, so that can get annoying especially when it's busy there. I don't know the lady's name that works there on weekends (petite, Latino, middle aged) she's nice and helpful but sometimes she plays the music so loudly. I feel like I'm in the Spanish nightclub (yes, it's THAT loud). I feel bad because I've have to ask on a few occasions to turn down the music. Not sure if the bathroom is available for use. The door is usually closed and appears to be locked. I would imagine they would let their customers use it, since we're here for long periods of time. Today, the wifi wasn't working. I asked the attendant what was wrong, she couldn't figure it out. Staff doesn't speak English. Make sure to have Google translate -comes in handy."

"They don’t allow you to dry there if you don’t use their washing machines. I went when it was empty and when I asked for help because the dryer stopped working, they asked did you wash here? Because you can’t be here if you didn’t wash here. I think it’s ridiculous especially if the business is empty. You would think one customer is better than no customer."
