"It says they're open at 8 but doors are locked and nobody is there"

"the service in recent months has been strange and chaotic. i’ve been doing my laundry here for almost four years and recently i have found that the staff will lock customers out in the evenings, well before the last wash notice at 8:30. i arrived at 8pm to find the door locked and returned to change my clothes into the dryer at 8:35 and was locked out again. the sign for last wash at 8:30 pm is also missing. if there is a change in operating hours this needs to be clearly marked—locking customers out is unacceptable."

"I have been coming to this laundromat for two years now. In the beginning the service and the prices were great. During the last three months the service is just a mess. you cannot trust that it’s open because they don’t respect the opening hours, and if you need it, it’s closed with no notice. They don’t clean properly and regularly the floors or the machines. Medium washing machines prices went up from $2.5 to $3.5. Dryers doubled the price. I understand that it’s because the inflation and the gas prices, but you cannot raise up the prices and offer a really bad service. Totally disappointed"

"I hate to leave a 2 star review but my last visit to this laundromat may be my last time . The increase in the prices is insane . A small bottle of detergent has doubled in price and the price of the dryer is now 50 Cents for 8 minutes . And not to mention the washer machines are not washing as well as they should for the amount of money spent to wash. I’m sure I’m not the only customer that feels this way ."

"The girls are amazing. I can be there for hours and we just chat and chat. The machines are good just don’t put too much quarters on the dryers because they are really good. The heat is on point. Last month I started doing the drop off because I had to go back to work and the clothes smelled really good. I like that they use suavítel softener."
